Yup! for the whole month of October, I wasn't able to put any entry here, kinda neglected this blog. I have a few blogs I maintained too, and this one is the least important for me. Anyways, I am hoping to juggle my time and devote this blog on my journey to my trying for weight lose

I have
consciously know that I am getting over my desired weight, but haven't done anything about it. Now that I have hit the 150 lbs,
I am starting to get scared and shocked, really
. I think that's it for me. I can't bear to think that I am now that heavy
. With that figure, I gained 20 pounds in less than 2 years. So here I am, I will try and blog about my habit of eating(especially). Write down what I do everyday with regards to exercise, eating out and anything else that would affect my weight. Hopefully, through this, I would be able to be reminded.
